Level 1 Pre/Soft-Collection Package
Package includes 2 Pre-Collection Letters sent over 30 days, one letter every 14 days. Up to 3 collection calls may be included for an additional fee (see Rate Chart). Each letter includes postage and a return envelope addressed directly to you.

For delinquent customers who haven't responded to your calls or requests for payment, or just don't seem to take you seriously we suggest:
Level 2 Collection Package
Package includes 3 progressively more demanding collection letters mailed over 6 weeks, one letter every two weeks. Up to 3 collection calls may be included for an additional fee (see Rate Chart). Each letter includes postage and a return envelope addressed directly to you.
